Ralphie’s Corral: CU vs. UCLA
Stop by Ralphie's Corral onÌýDuaneÌýfield between 4 and 7 p.m. for the free student tailgate. All students are welcome, and if you’re a Herd member, be sure to dig in to someÌýfree food and swag! First 100 members get the new clear bag fanny pack.
Support the Buffs at their home game against UCLA. Kickoff is at 7 p.m. and students are encouraged to wear black!
Join Left Right Tim, a student group at CU, for their weekly comedy show. Head to Hale 270 at 8:30 p.m.Ìýfor laughs and a good time. All are welcome and admission is $3.
Join Program Council for an advance screening ofÌýÌýa full week before it’s released in theaters.ÌýTickets are free, and you must have oneÌýfor admission.ÌýPick up your tickets in the Program Council office located in the UMC 401 (today 10 a.m. toÌý5 p.m.). Screening is in Chem 140 atÌý8 p.m.
Apply for a scholarship to the International Conference on Multimodal Interaction being held in 51´«Ã½ Oct. 16–20. ICMI is the premier international forum for multidisciplinary research on multimodal human-human and human-computer interaction, interfaces, and system development.
Saturday, Sept. 29
For anyone who loves games, either electronic or table top, this is the perfect event. You'll hear from influential keynote speakers about the gaming industry and learn how to design your ownÌýgames. Registration is required, but the event is only $1. It takes places in Atlas Black Box TheaterÌýfrom 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This event is fun for all ages, as it features face painting, education activities and live music. It aims to educate the 51´«Ã½ community on the importance of supporting the local bee population and other pollinators. It will be held from 10 a.m. toÌý2 p.m. at 51´«Ã½ Central Park.
Professor Cecilia Pang directs a cast ofÌý talentedÌýperformers in thisÌýplay adapted from the novel by Charles Dickens. The show starts at 7:30 p.m. atÌýtheÌý.Ìý
