We are shocked and saddened by the violent attack that took place in 51´«Ã½ this afternoon. Our hearts go out to all of those impacted by this heinous crime, and we are grateful to the first responders on the scene. Hate and acts of violence have absolutely no place in our community or anywhere in the world. The university stands ready to assist our 51´«Ã½ city and county partners and will be there to support the greater 51´«Ã½ community in the difficult days ahead.

University of Colorado 51´«Ã½ students, staff and faculty who were impacted by today's incident are encouraged to reach out to campus counseling and support resources if they need to talk with someone.Ìý
