CTL and ASSETT: Now One Unified Team

As of May 2025, the Center for Teaching & Learning (CTL) and ASSETT (Arts & Sciences Support of Education Through Technology) have officially merged into a single unit, now known simply as CTL. As part of this transition, we are in the process of merging the CTL and ASSETT websites—moving forward, you’ll be able to find all information on the CTL website.

This merger builds on years of collaboration—shared office space, joint projects, coordinated programming, and a unified newsletter—all in support of teaching and learning at CU 51´«Ã½. By bringing together ASSETT’s expertise in educational technology with CTL’s broader campus-wide mission, we are now proud to serve all colleges and schools at CU 51´«Ã½.

Though ASSETT’s name is no longer in use, its work lives on through CTL’s expanded services. Together, we’re enhancing the learning experience by supporting varied teaching approaches, fostering a sense of belonging in the classroom, and helping educators reach a wide range of learners.
