Read all of the information in this Application Guide with your mentorÌýbefore you start an application and contact us with questions as soon as possible.ÌýWe recommend that you prepare your responses in advance, then click the "Apply Now" button when you're ready to submit. We also recommend reviewing the Payment Timeline belowÌýbefore you submit an application to determine when you might expect payment.

CU 51´«Ã½ undergraduates can apply as soon as they're accepted to present their work—but no later than the start of the event.

Mentor Endorsement
CU 51´«Ã½ and Anschutz Medical Campus faculty, instructors, staff, postdoctoral fellows and graduate students are eligible mentors.

International Travel
If planning international travel, students must complete the International Travel Registration process as per university policy.Ìý
Terms and Conditions
Attention: If you plan to participate in an event as part of a group of students, please encourage your mentor to submit a "Group PACE Grant" application—rather than submitting individual applications for each student.
Application Process Overview
Review all of the guidelines on the PACE website to confirm your eligibility and plan your application with your mentor.
Prepare your application with your mentor and submit using the secure and accessible online forms linked on this site.
When you submit your application, your mentor will receive an email with a unique link to access the Mentor Endorsement form.
Your application will be reviewed 2-4 weeks after the endorsement is completed, and PACE staff may follow up as needed.
Decision notices are sent from urop@colorado.edu and may require additional compliance steps—if travelling internationally.
