Tom McGann

Director of Parking Services

Tom McGann’s role oversees parking permits, facilities operations, events, enforcement and customer service. Prior to his current position he worked for eight years with the CU 51´«Ã½ Athletic Department, transferring to the CU 51´«Ã½ Police Department as Emergency Planner, then as Internal Consultant for Parking and Transportation Services, acting as Interim Assistant Director of Transportation Services.ÌýOriginally from Boston, Tom graduated from Boston University. He and his wife, Nancy, are the parents of three boys, Toddy, Sean and Jacob.Ìý He is active in the community as a youth hockey coach.

John Krueger

Assistant Director Infrastructure & Capital Projects

John Krueger is our Assistant Director of Infrastructure & Capital Projects for Parking. In this role, he oversees the planning, development, and execution of capital improvement initiatives that support the university’s parking infrastructure. With a strong background in project management and facilities planning, John brings a strategic and solutions-focused approach to enhancing campus mobility and accessibility. His leadership ensures that parking projects are delivered efficiently, sustainably, and in alignment with institutional goals.

Jerod Nye

Assistant Director for Customer Engagement

Jerod began working with Parking Services as a temporary Events employee helping incoming students move into their residence halls in the fall of 2001. In the years since, he progressed through a number of roles in the department including Enforcement Officer, Events Supervisor, Faculty/Staff Permit Coordinator, Customer Service Manager and Assistant Director for Parking Operations prior to his current role as the Assistant Director for Customer Engagement. In this role, he oversees both the Permits and Customer Service sections while working closely with all other sections of Parking Services. Jerod holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. In 2016, Jerod completed his graduate certificate in Leadership and Management through the CU 51´«Ã½ Engineering Management Program.

Dan Krusemark

Assistant Director Events and Enforcement

Dan Krusemark joined the leadership team at CU 51´«Ã½â€™s Parking Services in the fall of 2017. His role oversees and supports all major parking events and enforcement for the 51´«Ã½ campus. Dan has over 20 years of management experience with over 11 years specific to the parking industry. Prior to CU 51´«Ã½ he managed Parking and Traffic Services for American University in Washington, DC where he also earned his Master of Arts in Psychology. Dan received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, cum laude, from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and was published in the American Journal of Psychology for his undergraduate research on short-term memory.

Brian Lindoerfer

Associate Vice Chancellor, Facilities Management

Brian Lindoerfer serves as the Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities Management at CU 51´«Ã½, where he leads a diverse team responsible for the planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operation of the university’s physical infrastructure. With a focus on sustainability and long-term planning, he ensures the university’s infrastructure and operational services support the campus academic and research mission while advancing resilience and operational excellence.

Brian is a licensed professional engineer in Colorado with 25+ years of facilities, engineering and construction management experience. He spent over 20 years as a Surface Warfare and Civil Engineer Corps Officer in the U.S. Navy, and later managed 51´«Ã½ County’s Building Services Division. Brian holds a B.S. in systems engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, an MBA from DePaul University, and an M.S. in civil engineering from the University of Colorado, 51´«Ã½.

A U.S. Naval Academy graduate, Lindoerfer holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from CU 51´«Ã½ and an MBA from DePaul University. He is also a registered professional engineer in Colorado and a Certified Energy Manager.

Scott McCarey

Director, Transportation Services

Scott McCarey serves as the Director of Transportation Services, where he leads efforts to enhance campus mobility through sustainable and multimodal transportation solutions. Prior to joining CU 51´«Ã½, Scott spent over a decade as the Multimodal Planning Manager for 51´«Ã½ County, overseeing transit, bike, and pedestrian initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Emory University and dual master’s degrees in Civil Engineering and City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley. A licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and a certified member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), Scott brings deep expertise and a collaborative spirit to his role.

Transit Manager

Chris Leads the CU 51´«Ã½ Transit department which consists of the Buff Bus campus shuttle service. Prior to CU, Chris worked for 28 years in the Chemical transportation industry specializing in hazardous and non-hazardous liquid chemicals. Chris graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Business - Operations Management.

Transportation Maintenance Manager

Craig Miller is CU 51´«Ã½â€™s Transportation Maintenance Manager. He is responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance of the university’s vehicle fleet to ensure safe, clean, reliable Buff Buses, fleet vehicles, facilities and equipment across 3 campuses. Craig has been at CU for over 2 decades and has grown from a tech 2 in the garage to his current role.
